Gathering at Aunt Donna's

This afternoon we had a pre-Christmas get-together at Aunt Donna's house for we three kids, and our families. Aunt Donna made an awesome roast beef dinner. Andrea loved it! I haven't seen her eat so much at one sitting!

The kids also got to exchange their gifts. We actually let them do it before supper, so they'd have some toys to keep them busy. (It was a good plan!)

"May I please open it now?"

"Ooooo . . ."

"Cool videos!"

"Look at this!"

"Yay, paper!" (She really did say "Yay!" here.)

"Ap-ple!" (She was saying apple, over and over again.)

After presents and a bit of play-time, the big girls (Caitlin and her friend) whisked Andrea up to the bedroom to fuss over her. Andrea got lots of attention from her two new friends. They even did her hair up in a ponytail! (Well, more of a Pebbles 'do.) So, when the girls came back downstairs, we got them all to pose together in front of the Christmas tree.

Thanks Aunt Donna, Uncle Greg, Caitlin and Tyler. We had fun!
